Total Security is proud to announce the launch of a new customer service initiative. As of June 3rd the company’s new business development sector will be in full swing. Customers will be immersed in the world of security! Every customer should feel that they have all the necessary information in order to gain knowledge about the industry. Aside from learning about top industry trends and news customers will also be provided with information as to how they can go about the camera selection process.

 

Educated consumers make for the best customers and Total Security aims to educate customers so that they feel confident in their decisions and purchases. The launch will begin with a “Welcome” email to each existing and potential/new customer in order to welcome them to Total Security’s very own “Customer Corner”. From that point forward monthly newsletters will be issued via email and will feature exclusive promotions as well as company and industry news. Customers already show interest in the industry/products by considering the installation process so it is essential that Total Security provides transparent customer service.
