As part of an expanded campaign to improve New York City security and in response to recent security threats and events, Total Security has launched an aggressive security campaign to make businesses and residences safer in New York City. The launch began with the security needs assessment of 4 East 66th Street in Manhattan; home to Microsoft’s co-founder Paul Allen.

The foundation of this campaign was inspired by a client of Total Security’s- 740 Park Avenue. 740 Park Avenue is considered to be “New York City’s Richest Apartment Building” and they selected Total Security as a leading vendor (specializing in Manhattan security) in 2011. Total Security was inspired to create a campaign which was meant to encourage and assist New York City businesses and residences to create a movement across the city of New York. The goal is to offer affordable security solutions for people all across New York City. Total Security views 740 Park Avenue as a model for future businesses, residences and various property managers/owners that decide that they are ready to take the next step in security surveillance systems.

Work completed at 740 Park Avenue includes the installation of a 32-channel Geovision hybrid DVR, analog and Geovision high- definition IP megapixel cameras as well as a time and attendance biometric system. Each of these systems has a wide range of capabilities. Geovision’s Hybrid DVR is able to integrate analog and IP camera systems simultaneously. Each of these systems can be scaled to fit your business’ needs. Even homes can benefit from these types of systems on a smaller scale. Total Security intends to continue their campaign and maintain their aggressive approach towards New York City surveillance in order to create a safer and more secure environment.
